Maiden+John is looking for an Account Director to manage its quickly growing roster of clients. This role requires five years of relevant experience in digital strategy and marketing focused on real estate developments (condo, rental, commercial) or high-end hospitality or lifestyle brands. An Account Director’s time here will encompass not only practical implementation but strategic thought. You will lead and mentor teams and projects, produce/edit digital content, partner with clients who will come to depend on your digital insights and help grow the practice.
*Note: Ideally, candidates are based regionally near a BR office (New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Los Angeles, CA) or BR client (Philadelphia, Boston, San Francisco). This role can also be fully remote with occasional travel to clients and team collaboration events.
As a Digital Account Director on our Maiden+John team, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of client deliverables Development of advertising campaigns and targeting for client
Metric reporting-back to clients on advertising, social media, and other digital campaigns
Team management of regular meetings, recurring tasks, and project deliverables
Working across account teams to bring digital engagement best practices to a diverse array of clients
Conducting audits and producing reports of our clients’ online work and analyzing results and metrics
Proactively proposing creative strategies for helping clients achieve their organizational goals—study a client’s goals and challenges and propose digital-based solutions
Demonstrated staff management experience and leadership skills
Demonstrated skills with digital campaigns and partnering with clients
Experience with real estate, brand-management, or lifestyle
A knack for identifying compelling content
Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
Experience leading creative digital communications and campaigns around residential, commercial and lifestyle real estate projects
A keen understanding of advertising and marketing metrics and their impacts
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of company staff, clients, and vendors.
Ability to handle multiple assignments at once, work quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a team to achieve group objectives
