We seek an energetic, organized multi-tasker that possesses excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be collaborative with all members of our team and anticipate office needs. You will work closely with the Marketing Director on marketing and business development efforts, with the Controller for accounting/finance support, and firm leadership for office management operations.

Minimum requirements: 3-5 years’ experience as a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or related position, preferably in the AEC industry. The position requires excellent organizational, tracking, and communication skills; strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong graphic design sensibility. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, Public Relations or a similar field is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable who can work in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment, works well under pressure on multiple concurrent projects. Strong critical thinking capabilities, innate curiosity, and an ability to absorb and learn quickly are vital. Knowledge of office procedures to maintain smooth operations and a calm work environment for all. Understanding of concepts, practices and procedures in the design profession and familiarity with the language of architecture a plus.
Technical Skills: Candidates must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). OpenAsset, social media management tools like HootSuite, and AirTable familiarity a plus.
