Job Summary:Teach courses in Marketing and Business, consistent with current developments in the discipline and teaching methods. Participate in program/department meetings and divisional/college-wide committees with a focus on continual improvement of programs and learning outcomes. Participate in curriculum and course development, course and program coordination, tutoring and advising students, mentoring and reviewing peers, and College initiatives. Must demonstrate a commitment to the diversity of a multi-cultural population, as well as work effectively in a team-based environment, seeking continuous improvement and adherence to the community college philosophy. Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community. |
Required Qualifications:Master of Business Administration Degree (from a regionally accredited college or university) with 2 years of documented professional experience; or, Bachelor’s Degree or higher (from a regionally accredited college or university) in a business-related field including plus 18 graduate credits in marketing and 2 years of document professional experience. |
Preferred Qualifications:Doctorate of Business Administration from a regionally accredited college or university; or, PhD degree (from a regionally accredited college or university) in a related field and a minimum of 18 graduate-level hours (or 27 quarter hours) in a business field including marketing. |
