Manages and coordinates a variety of creative projects focused on brand, design, and digital development across a network of internal partners.
Acts as primary steward of Harris Marketing Brief to initiate collaboration with Marketing team.
Develops and own organization of project timelines, calendars, and task lists using Monday.com.
Owns artwork routing and release process.
Communicates effectively with cross-functional partners and build stakeholder consensus to meet project deadlines.
Leverages project management tools (Monday.com) to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables.
Develops and maintains a catalog for all creative/digital projects and results that can be utilized across the school and leveraged for year over year innovation and improvement.
Assists team members in competitive audits and creative research.
Manages relationships with external vendors.
Builds and maintains process for project sunsetting and partner feedback mechanisms, including reporting on empirical results where appropriate.
Performs one or more of the following marketing functions: marketing communications /advertising; Web blogs or digital marketing; market research; development or review and update of the marketing infrastructure and management of external sales agency relationships.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on sales and circulation activity. Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures. Conducts market research, analyzes results and develops marketing strategies based on findings. May participate in developing new products and services, and determining new markets.
Performs other related work as needed
2-4 years project management experience.
Familiarity with a wide range of creative and digital deliverables.
Understanding of project management methodologies.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and personal task management skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a cross-functional and collaborative team.
Ability to re-prioritize tasks, and request others re-prioritize their tasks, as needed.
Stellar communication and teamwork skills, and ability to motivate a team.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
Experience in Monday.com.
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms like HubSpot.
Understanding of Drupal basics.
Understanding of Google Analytics.
Experience managing client relationships.
