Digital Marketing Manager (Section Manager III)
Under general guidance, supports overall marketing and communications efforts by managing, coordinating, initiating, recommending, and executing digital marketing strategies that advance the business objectives for the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). Manages strategy for online channels including the OCTA.net website. Coordinates with internal stakeholders and drives digital marketing initiatives including digital media planning and buying, social media, email marketing, and online customer communications programs. Manages digital production and digital marketing programs and provides analytics, metrics reporting, and recommendations that increase ROI.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade T: Min $107,681.40 - Mid $129,251.20 - Max $150,800.00 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
Marketing Programs Manager (Section Manager II)
Under minimal guidance, plans and supervises the creation and implementation of marketing, communications, and outreach programs for OCTA using digital and traditional tactics. Oversees projects from initial concept development and planning through production, distribution, and evaluation. Collaborates with creative team to develop design solutions that meet both brand standards and business objectives. In conjunction with the digital marketing team, achieves digital approaches with an emphasis on tracking, reporting, and optimization. Manages and motivates a team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and programs that meet organizational goals with strategic methods and creativity.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade S: Min $95,867.20 - Mid $115,273.60 - Max $134,659.20 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.
