The Off-Road Business Association (ORBA) is an innovative leader providing professional trail advocacy for motorized access and directing the future of Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV). ORBA is an industry professional using a collaborative based approach that connects business to grassroots through a unified voice for the OHV recreation.
ORBA is seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to represent the Association in front of diverse audiences, specifically in motorized industry and the off-road community.
Build the ORBA brand, increase name recognition, and share the story of ORBA through community outreach, organic and paid media outlets.
Ensures the integration of branding, campaign messaging, and strategy across all appropriate channels.
Identify and source partnership and membership opportunities. Research and identify key new members.
Maintain healthy ongoing relationships with current members and partners by offering new ways to provide continual value to stakeholders.
Develops and oversees marketing and communications campaigns. Manages and oversees timelines and deliverables with direct management of meetings, milestones, approvals, and campaign assets.
Maintains and tracks performance and success metrics related to marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and providing recommendations that increase ROI.
Produces month-end, quarter-end, and annual campaign performance reports and other analyses as needed by CEO and Board of Directors.
Participate and collaborate with ORBA managers to develop consistent messaging relating to program and project related facets.
Identifies opportunities for program improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.

Online and social marketing, media buying and optimization, data and analytics research and reporting.
All Microsoft Office programs and digital marketing tools including Google Ads and Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
