If you are looking to take on a new role in 2023, want to make an impact, and have digital marketing experience, then consider joining our team! As an integral member of the marketing team, you’ll assist us with implementing a new marketing automation platform from the ground up and you’ll also fully manage our pay-per-click campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta…from design to execution!
Your skills and experience will shine when you:
- work with stakeholders across the marketing team and the organization to understand and implement marketing opportunities and digital campaigns to achieve overall goals and objectives.
- build lead nurturing programs, trigger campaigns, and landing pages within our marketing automation platform to reach and convert segmented/targeted audiences.
- create, test, and send emails and newsletters using a professional email platform. You’ll also measure and optimize email campaigns and provide guidance on best practices.
- use analytics tools to measure, optimize, and report campaign performance to help improve strategy and execution.
- design and write digital campaigns, audience specific messaging, and graphics for use across all channels.
- manage all house and paid digital advertising campaigns across all platforms.
- collaborate with marketing team members regarding audience profiles, content calendars, marketing strategies, measurement, and optimization.
Showcase your expertise
We’d like to meet candidates who have:
- at least three years of demand generation, digital marketing, and/or campaign management experience, driving results across multiple channels.
- knowledge of or proficiency with email marketing platforms, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- experience using a professional email platform and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and HighRoad Solutions.
- experience working with a marketing automation platform is a definite plus.
