The Marketing Coordinator will support the goals of the marketing team by focusing on developing content, helping to create and maintain target audiences through targeted digital campaigns, creating impactful social media promotions, and supporting RE+ Events.
- RE+ and regional events
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive attendee, exhibitors, and sponsors, for RE+ Events
- Marketing campaigns include paid and organic advertising through identified publications, remarketing, emails, and social media
- Act as marketing lead for specific regional events
- Social Media

- Develop and execute an engaging, results-driven social media strategy for all events

- Manage paid campaigns across all social media platforms
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.

- Stay on top of social media trends
- Digital Campaigns

- Develop and execute and data-driven paid and organic digital advertising campaigns across events using digital assets (retargeting platform, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Become an internal brand ambassador to help RE+ Events adhere to its marketing guidelines
- 2-4 years of experience general marketing, including marketing analytics, retargeting, and social media.
- Being able to convert data points from analytics into telling a story.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to use technology to work collaboratively with team members in various locations.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple event timelines at once
- Ability to travel (up to 10%).
