Product Marketing Manager – Lender & Valuation

Our definitive data and intuitive products are transforming the way organizations of all sizes solve problems. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, responsible for retention and growth marketing programs.
We’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on product marketing manager who can expand the authoritative source of North American real estate and location intelligence data. Use your skills to work with Product, Sales, and industry contacts to develop and implement effective marketing plans and programs that increase sales and awareness of LightBox Lender & Valuation solutions.
This position is available in New York, NY or Irvine, CA and is eligible for remote consideration.
What you will do and achieve:
- Serve as a strategic partner and marketing point of contact to our Lender & Valuation business
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify the pain points, motivations, and needs of target buyer personas
- Craft clear product messaging and positioning to articulate customer value and differentiate the product
- Define, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and campaigns that align with corporate strategic initiatives
- Understand the entire customer journey and assess content gaps for each of the phases
- Author and edit content for in-product placement, collateral, web pages, sales tool kits, and other marketing collateral
- Own activation strategy in partnership with demand generation marketing team
- Support research and marketing programs
- Support competitive analysis workstreams
- This is an exempt position within the $90-120K range based on a 40-hour work week
Education
- BA/BS in undergraduate business or related degree
Experience
- Experience working for a Lender, Brokerage firm, or with technology sold into the Lender space highly desired
- 5+ years of professional work experience with at least 3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing program management, or consulting
- Partner marketing experience a plus
- ABM marketing experience a plus
