Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and branding initiatives in a fast-paced, high-demand office. We work hard and have fun doing it–sense of humor required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to RFQ/RFP
• Responsible for RFQ/RFQ kick-off calls and documentation
• Compile required information
• Manage proposal development within deadlines
• Lead/support shortlist interviews
• Support design, layout, and production of communications and marketing materials to meet marketing goals and objectives – including but not limited to: content development; graphic design; qualifications and presentation materials; brochures; award submissions; advertisements
• Coordinate and participate in developing materials for conferences and conventions
• Help plan/support client engagement events

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or 5 years of relevant work experience
• Able to take direction and work independently
• Skilled time manager able to handle shifting and mounting priorities
• Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
• Preferred but not required:
  • AEC industry experience
  • Cosential or other CPSM experience
  • Graphic design experience
