Due to continued global growth, we seek a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team. This senior-level position will drive our company's continued growth and manage all acquisition lifecycle activities.
As the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will partner with executive leadership and business unit leads to guide company strategy and drive a fact-based business decision-making framework. Work with senior management to develop long-term plans, monitor progress, and provide data-driven analytical support for strategic initiatives. Lead all M&A opportunities, including analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional project management. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and quantify opportunities and risks from a financial perspective.
Role responsibilities
- Lead and developed the global FP&A organization tasked with providing data-driven insights, development of financial and strategic objectives
- Lead M&A deal process: investment modeling, negotiation, due diligence, project management
- Own financial modeling and build fact-based business cases for strategic initiatives and critical business decisions, including scenario planning
- Lead key FP&A processes: long-range planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting
- Work with Executive and Senior Leadership Teams to prepare presentations for the CEO, Board of Directors
- Work closely with Vice President, Treasurer to review financial close, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights for management teams
- Support and provide key oversite of ERP system migration
- Oversee management reporting and development of KPIs

- Strategic thinker with an ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, weigh alternatives, and identify solutions
- Excellent communicator with a solid executive presence capable of leading change and driving operational execution
- Exceptional financial acumen; mastery of complex financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis
- Experience leading M&A activities, including valuation, negotiation, and oversight of cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, IT, Tax) and external advisors
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years total experience; minimum of 9 years experience in roles with FP&A and M&A accountability. A graduate degree is desired but not required.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and ERP systems, including ERP system migration experience
