The Program Manager III, Strategic Marketing is part of Keck Medicine of USC Marketing and Communications department and the Strategic Marketing division within the department. This individual contributor position reports to the Director of Strategic Marketing. The primary purpose of the job is to manage the planning, execution and evaluation of multiple service line marketing programs. Each program has an annual Integrated Marketing and Communications plan. Activities associated with the plan include advertising, and direct response communications as well as program content that is used in publications and collateral materials. Key client contacts for each program include clinical chairmen, their administrators and other key stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic marketing consultation and guidance to these stakeholders as well as using data to develop thoughtful business analyses to inform marketing recommendations.
The annual base salary range for this position is $95,680- $158,230. Minimum Education: .Bachelors required. Masters degree in business, marketing preferredMinimum Experience/Knowledge: ⢠8+ years marketing experience in multiple channels: paid search, direct mail, email, banners, radio, television print ⢠Experience executing strategic marketing plans⢠Proven ability to analyze data and market research to make business recommendations⢠Superior problem-solving skills⢠Experience managing budgets⢠Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills⢠Excellent organizational and time management skills⢠Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills Required License/Certification: Fire and Safety Certification.
