Nemours is seeking a Vice President of National Brand & Marketing Strategy to join our team in Jacksonville, FL!
The Vice President of National Brand & Marketing Strategy(VP) will form a human bridge between logic and emotion, strategy, investments, and design. You must understand consumer and referral source behavior and expectations. You must understand their emotions across the patient and customer journey, especially at crucial moments, and anticipate their needs. The VP will become the brand's conscience and will protect and amplify the brand's voice within the enterprise so everyone speaks with one voice by leveraging a centralized content creation strategy.
To be successful in this role, you must be able to keep pace in a highly fluid, ever-changing, collaborative workplace. You must also have excellent communication skills to engage the attention of our experienced leadership team and influence and respond to complexities with a high level of technical acumen. More importantly, you should be a proven leader in running a full-service internal MARCOM agency for an organization with a national multi-site, multi-state presence.
Traditional playbooks and approaches will not work; this VP must exhibit the ability to be agile, and pivot in real-time - defined by your ability to accompany strategic insights with a 'sleeves rolled up' clear sense of purpose, execution, and delivery. Decisions must be based on leveraging data, metrics and analytics that ensure changes in behavior and demonstrated positive returns on marketing investment. This includes proven experience on how to leverage agency relationships, media, digital, experiential, and non-traditional investments.
Finally, you will thrive in autonomy and be given the freedom to execute a large and flexible budget supported by leaders with strong track records of successful brand-building expertise.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Marketing, Healthcare or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 10 years in marketing and integrated communications with proven management experience required
