Position Description:
Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be the sole strategist for the continuous improvement of digital marketing strategies, digital ad content, management of digital marketing vendor(s), campaign evaluation, digital channel management, the digital marketing funnel, and cost effectiveness of digital programs from top of funnel through enrollment. All of the aforementioned areas must support the institutional goals of UCLA Extension.
With a high-level of autonomy, the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and manage external resources to continuously update and improve UCLA Extension enrollment growth. In addition to driving and managing digital marketing strategies and overseeing digital vendors, this position will have oversight, and manage digital marketing support for UCLA Extension's academic program departments as well as institutional efforts to grow brand and product recognition and understanding. Additionally, this position will provide overall digital marketing leadership and be a trusted subject matter expert across all program and support departments. Close partnerships and collaborations with academic departments, IT, International Programs, and Student Services is essential for maintaining healthy and fully operational digital marketing functionality, including reliable integration across UNEX systems, including but not limited to Destiny One, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Special Instructions:
The target salary range for this position is between the posted minimum and $7,083.33 monthly.
