The University of Tennessee, Knoxville is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to serve as the Director, Performance Marketing for EdPlus at UT. S/he has responsibility to execute performance marketing and media strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness, efficiency, and return on investment from marketing and media plans. The Director, Performance Marketing works closely with other EdPlus and UT stakeholders to drive campaign-specific results that support both brand awareness and program-level marketing efforts.
This role seeks to advance UT's mission by collaborating with diverse teams, creating forward-thinking and thoughtful experiences that support the UT and EdPlus overall strategy and goals. The Director, Performance Marketing reports to the Executive Director, Marketing of EdPlus at UT and works well in a fast-paced environment. This position will also work in lock-step with UT's Office of Communications and Marketing (OCM) on the larger university standards, ensuring brand alignment and integrity.
