LMN Architects is currently seeking an experienced AEC Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing and Business Development team. Working in a collaborative team environment, our ideal candidate will have experience in the preparation of design qualification packages and proposals specific to the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor industry, with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and content. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and regularly interacts with the Director of Business Development and other firm leaders.
LMN employees collaborate in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Mondays and Fridays are flexible workdays that allow employees to work in the office, from home, or any other location they choose. Monday-Friday core work hours of 9:30-4:00 allow employees to determine what working hours best suit their personal commitments, commuting, and work preference.
Position Description
- Lead the preparation of marketing proposals
- Develop written content for marketing and communications
- Coordination and production of interview presentations, design awards submittals and marketing materials for conferences and other events
- Development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, project lists, and brochures
- Conduct market and other research as needed
- Work with technical teams to ensure material is on message and appropriately targeted
Qualifications
- Confident, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with proven ability to effectively take ownership, organize work tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to express and present design qualifications through concise, compelling narrative
- Strong graphic design skills a plus
- Fast, efficient, and flexible with effective problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3-5 years’ experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Contractor industry strongly preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
Eligible salaried employees receive an annual performance bonus depending on LMN profitability and individual performance. LMN employees and their family are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance, and an employee assistance program. A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and a Health Savings Account (HSA) are available depending upon the employee’s choice of health insurance coverage and a Dependent Care FSA for people with eligible dependents. Employees are also covered by life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, and group term life insurance. Employees may enroll in the LMN 401(k) plan with discretionary matching and profit-sharing contributions after eligibility has been met. Employees accrue a minimum of 3 weeks of PTO during their first year with LMN and observe 8 holidays, including 1 floating holiday. This position is anticipated to be filled with a range of $74,000-$85,000.
