A hybrid telework schedule may be available. 

• Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and deliver timely, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
• Implement tracking into various marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager, session recording or other analytics tools
• Conduct A/B testing of landing page and email design and content
• Contribute to marketing content strategy by preparing and analyzing metrics across email and advertising campaigns and gathering information from target audiences and stakeholders
• Create conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving digital marketing efforts and increasing return on marketing investment
• Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs based on performance analysis
• Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
• Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data
• Spot opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure
• Work daily with analytical software, including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Datorama, Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Google Adwords and Google Analytics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
• Two years of experience and expertise in marketing data analysis
• Expert in leveraging marketing data analysis tools including Google Analytics (GA4)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Project management and collaboration skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines
• Knowledge of and experience with building reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Search Engine Optimization experience
• A strong understanding of and experience in higher education market including lead generation/nurturing, recruitment/admissions and enrollment management
