Summary
The Technical Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in the success of the Communications and Outreach Team, which drives growth and consumer engagement for the entire Beebe Healthcare system. Contribute marketing experience with information technology expertise and experience to the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategies and campaigns. Lead the implementation of new marketing/ communications-related software applications and other technologies, serving as the technical liaison between the communications and outreach team and all internal and external technology partners. Working with selected vendors and internal teams, determine the technical scope of potential projects and ensure integration of desired functionalities into the project design. Maintain and manage BeebeNet, Beebe's intranet, working with vendor(s) as necessary to troubleshoot, upgrade and ensure proper functioning of the site. Working with selected vendors, maintain and manage the customer relationship manager platform (CRM). Working with selected vendors and internal teams, oversee the deployment of new marketing technologies by facilitating the training that educates the Communications and Outreach Team on the new technology or enhancements to existing platforms. Working with selected vendors and internal teams, troubleshoot performance issues and perform routine maintenance such as updates/ upgrades, working directly with the external vendor and/or internal Beebe IS team members where necessary. Maintain a regular communications cadence with Beebe's IS team to ensure alignment, compliance, and cross-functional information sharing. Maintain knowledge of the latest digital trends and best practices, both within and outside of the healthcare industry, routinely demonstrating this knowledge through recommendations, plans, and training. Ensure the team is fully leveraging the technology and that the appropriate performance indicators are defined and managed to remain on target with continuously improving marketing's effectiveness. Lead an annual marketing technology review process, determining and suggesting modifications or changes based on performance of tool/ service, and emerging MarTech. Establish and maintain a governance process for MarTech solutions, in collaboration with Beebe IS team. Proactively enact procedures and processes which enable the team to maximize the use of all marketing technologies. The technical marketing coordinator will report directly to the Director of Communications and Outreach, with a strong and consistent dotted line to the Chief Communications Officer.

Other Information
Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of the MarTech application landscape and experience in managing the integration of marketing application solutions. Creative and strategic thinker who researches, identifies, and adapts the latest marketing technology trends. Working knowledge of the following: CRM platforms, marketing automation, email automation, podcasting production, virtual presentation and meeting tools, analytics and data visualization platforms, content management platforms, and other marketing technology/solutions. The following are also recommended: digital asset management tools, chat bot applications, project management applications. Familiarity with coding and scripting languages, such as SQL, Java, C, and .NET preferred but not required.
2-4 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Associates degree in marketing, communications, business, digital marketing, computer science, or related. Bachelors preferred.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
