Job Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing:
- Maintain top tier hospitality through all facets of communication
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data
- Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow up needed
- Maintain organization through administrative leasing work
- Manage future resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
- Ensure consistency in communicating with residents on all matters
- Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios and work to achieve and exceed leasing goals
Social Media + Marketing:
- Assist in managing Brand Ambassador efforts
- Assist in all functions of social media marketing; DM s, content, copy, etc.
- Monitor market trends by aiding management in competitor market surveys
- Aid in feedback efforts to gain better understanding of market demands
- Maintain brand likeness through all facets of the day to achieve property objectives and public recognition
Other:
- Contribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of office and common areas
- Assist with projects and initiatives as directed by supervisor
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
- Weekend are required, team members will alternate
- Ability to shuffle priorities and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be actively enrolled in the University of Georgia to be qualified
- Prior student housing experience preferred, but not required
- A passion for helping other students find housing
- Involvement in on campus orgs preferred
Business Skills
- Web savvy, skilled internet researcher
- Fluent in the English language, its rules and proper usage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
