White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts and Palm Beach, Florida, is looking to expand their team to include a full-time, year-round Director of Revenue to provide leadership in the process of revenue management in all aspects of sales, marketing and operations.
*Based out of our Boston office
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail and goal oriented with the willingness to learn new processes, and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment.

Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of revenue management experience and 3+ years hotel experience.
Other responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage inventory and rate programs to optimize revenues
- Develop, monitor and evaluate all short and long term forecasts
- Responsible for the maintenance of any software programs that contribute to the management of room revenue
Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor. Experience with computers and Microsoft Office essential.
