As the Social Marketing and Public Health Campaign Manager you will provide strategic vision and leadership for the agency’s public health and social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and coordinating with internal and external partners for statewide paid public health and social marketing campaigns. This position serves as the agency’s expert and consultant for public health and government-funded media activities, representing the agency on interagency workgroups and national workgroups. You will also supervise staff working on health promotion and education projects, social marketing, and public health campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Six (6) or more years managing or supervising professional staff, preferably in a public health-related field. Experience should include developing work plans, setting direction for work, coordinating work among team members, monitoring performance, acting as a subject matter expert.
OR:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in public health, social and behavioral science, health communication, health education or promotion or a closely related field AND four or more years' experience managing or supervising professional staff.
OR:
- A master's degree or higher in public health, social and behavioral science, health communication, health education or promotion or a closely related field AND two or more years' experience managing or supervising professional staff.
AND:
- Three (3) or more years of consultative experience in a public health related program.
- Demonstrated experience using electronic mail and the internet.
- Demonstrated experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
