The College of Business at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is seeking candidates for a full-time, Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Marketing beginning in Fall 2024. The successful candidate will have an earned a Doctorate in Marketing or a related field from an AACSB-accredited university by August 2024 and will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing Analytics, International Marketing, Digital, Social Media Marketing, and/or other Marketing courses as needed by the department. Quality performance will be expected in research, teaching, and service.
Preference will be given to applicants with 18 hours in statistics or research methods and who can teach a variety of classes within the Marketing discipline and who have evidence of effective teaching of Marketing courses at the university level. Additionally, preference will be given to applicants with experience with distance education (hybrid and online), and with working with non-traditional populations. Teaching assignments may include online, day, night, and weekend classes. The standard teaching load for Tenure Track faculty is 3 courses per semester (i.e., 3/3). The College of Business is AACSB accredited.
This position's range is between $105,000 - $115,000 (depending on experience) paid out in 9 months.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate commitment to quality teaching, professional service, and scholarly activities and publications.
Teach a variety of classes within the Marketing courses.
Teaching assignments may include online, day, night, and weekend classes.

Must have 18 graduate hours in every field in which they will teach
