Reporting to the EMEA Sourcing Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting the ongoing market mapping and candidate analysis for each country across EMEA. The key responsibilities of this role will be to conduct extensive market maps, with the view of identifying potential skilled talent for both now and in the future. an overall objective to identify potential candidates and building a strong talent pipeline for Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s current and future staffing needs.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable experience of being able to provide detailed market maps by country and business service lines
Ability to use social media networks and job boards (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to identify and search for and connect with potential candidates
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Advisors across EMEA to understand their business priorities
Partner with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Advisors to conduct detailed mapping of their countries by hierarchy
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals by country
Enter candidate information in Workday and Phenom to ensure that it is all current and up to date
Identify future hiring needs and guide the team
Provide regular data and analysis along with market insights
Knowledge & Experience:
Proven work experience in a sourcing or market mapping role
Strong talent mapping and sourcing skills from multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards (various) and other social media platform
Thorough understanding of resourcing and recruitment (tools/techniques and methodologies)
Strong team player - flexible in approach and willing to step in and support colleagues as required
Creative in nature and being able to develop ideas into practical initiatives
Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)

Ability to priotize a busy workload
Team player, but has the ability to work autonomously
Excellent command of written/verbal English
