As a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub in the Americas, the Marketing Manager is responsible for providing strategic partnership, project management, creative oversight, and coordination and communication for the project team (Marketing and Brokerage Team) for Capital Markets Marketing projects. The Marketing Manager is accountable for providing the Brokerage Team with best-in-class service, materials, and results for their efforts to pursue new Capital Markets opportunities as well as assignments Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded to bring real estate investment offerings to market. â¯
The Marketing Manager works within a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and within the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub to develop and deliver industry-best marketing deliverables and outcomes. Under the leadership of a Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub Lead, the Marketing Manager is the point person for marketing assignments for the Multifamily investment product type, working collaboratively with our fee earners and team of graphic designers and marketing specialists to provide, to provide marketing support to successfully pursue new opportunities and to market awarded assignments.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee a small group of property marketing professionals both as a people manager and a project management leadâ“ working with the team to grow their project management abilities, marketing skillset, accomplish their goals and to deliver best-in-class property marketing deliverables to our Brokerage Team and their Clients.Â
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Brokerage Teams on our most significant property marketing projects across the U.S.Â
Partner with Brokers, Financial Analysts, Brokerage Coordinators as requiredâ¯to properly scope the project, align on approach, understand timelines, assemble all required assets and execute agreed upon tactics.Â
Ensure the right internal team is in place to support the scope of each project, collaborating with Marketing Specialists, Design Managers, and Graphic Designers to develop a marketing approach and execute a process that allows us to successfully meet all deadlines and deliver materials that exceed expectationsÂ
Establish and communicate project schedule to all project participants, assign tasks to Marketing Specialists and Coordinators as needed Â
Manage the project workflow day-to-day to ensure an efficient and effective production schedule, adhering to standardâ¯processesâ¯to ensure consistency and efficiencyÂ
Communicate withâ¯Brokerage Team on project updates, either through status calls or other channelsâ¯â¯Â
As needed, interface with external clients for planning, marketing, or project status meetings Â
Ensure feedback and edits are incorporated intoâ¯drafts, making ad hoc revisions to marketing collateral as necessaryÂ
Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery and management tools Â
Become effective and fluent in Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s CRM, helping to connect data to improve marketing efforts and generate more leads and revenueÂ
Become fluent in Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s platform, advising Brokerage Teams on their available resources and making recommendations on which tools to engageÂ
Develop strong ties to colleagues in similar roles for effective sharing; develop best practices or tools that can benefit other team members  Â
Develop critical understanding of the real estate market, ever-changing real estate space usage and needs, and Cushman & Wakefieldâ™s Investor Client community Â
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreeÂ
7+ years of marketing experienceâ”real estate, agency, architecture, or commercial construction experience preferred.Â
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative SuiteÂ
Experience leading and managing a team - must be an effective, results-oriented communicator and leader with a focus on team developmentÂ
Familiarity with a project management tool is highly preferredÂ
Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes on all activities with minimal supervision Â
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment Â
Excellent written, oral communication skills and problem-solving skillsÂ
Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levelsÂ
Strong relationship management skills and ability to successfully partner with both internal and external stakeholders and project participantsÂ
Self-motivated but works well in group environmentÂ
