GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for daily content management of Molloy University’s website (www.molloy.edu), updating content for compliance with accessibility standards, regular SEO activities, uploads and updating content, navigation and architecture in the Content Management System. The Digital Marketing Associate reviews and optimizes website content. They are also responsible for implementing social media strategy and tactics across multiple platforms; monitoring social media platforms, working with analytics to measure and increase audience engagement on those platforms; and maintaining consistency of voice, visual signature, and editorial standards or engagement across social media platforms. This individual posts content to the University’s main YouTube channel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Upload content and images to Content Management System.
Monitor and maintain accessible content in support of user experience, ADA-compliance and SEO.
Develops and implements paid and organic social media campaigns in collaboration with Assistant Director of Social Media.
Monitors platforms for audience sentiment and social listening.
Research and report industry trends in digital marketing and communications, particularly in higher education.
