Position Overview  The Marketing Department at Oregon Shakespeare Festival is responsible for driving awareness, interest, ticket sales, and attendance through and for a variety of programs, people, and initiatives on and off stage. In addition to driving audience retention efforts, we endeavor to welcome and grow new audiences with dynamic and inclusive marketing campaigns. As the Associate Director of Marketing and Sales, you’ll serve as the “right hand” to the Director of Marketing and Sales in this newly created role, overseeing and supporting our marketing, sales, and communications functions. This includes leveraging a variety of channels, audience data, and messaging to develop communications and initiatives that drive attendance for a ran
