ASSOCIATE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & FAN ENGAGEMENT
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following full-time position: Associate Athletic Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement in Intercollegiate Athletics.
The Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement will abide by and comply with the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations and interpretations of the NCAA, any conference with which Coastal Carolina is or may become affiliated, and Coastal Carolina rules and regulations relating to the conduct and administration of its athletic programs, including recruiting rules, as now constituted or as any of the same may be amended during the term herein. In the event employee becomes aware, or has reasonable cause to believe, that violations of such constitution, by-laws, interpretations, rules or regulations may have taken place, he/she shall report the same promptly to the Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics or designee.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree preferred along with experience with intercollegiate marketing, game promotional operations, promotional or creative content experience at a NCAA Division I institution preferred.
Duties: •Develops and implements marketing plans for purpose of encouraging increased attendance and enhancing the fan experience for all ticketed athletic events. To include operating as liaison with University Marketing and Communication and the utilization of email campaign management system. •Supervises the development of all promotional and event presentation elements used to create a dynamic environment within athletic venues to include, but not limited to; the coordination and oversight of the creation, management, and direction of game day scripts for ticketed events and other sports as assigned and the coordination of assigning Directors to manage and produce game day elements at athletic venues. •Supervises full-time staff, student employees, volunteers, interns as assigned related to performance of all duties. •Responsible for decisions regarding advertising allocation through purchases and trade agreements to include, but not limited to, television, social, billboards, radio, and internet display ads. •Develops and directs promotions in conjunction with multi-media rights holder or designee to fulfill sponsor agreements and/or enhance the game day environment. •Performs other duties as assigned.
Athletics Administrator (UH16/61122205/AA00146P), full-time position with benefits. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work hours vary. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.
