Manager, Membership Marketing
SUMMARY The Manager, Membership Marketing is responsible for managing and supporting three major areas within the NACD Marketing Department and working closely with the Senior Manager and in collaboration with the stakeholders/business partners in each area: brand marketing, membership, and NACD Accelerate, our executive education program. The Manager supports the organization’s overall brand work and helps drive brand performance and elevates the voice of the director. This role will also be managing the day-to-day work of membership and full member experience journey, along with NACD Accelerate—from acquisition through retention and will be the voice of the member for the organization.
