Job Description:
- Plans and executes data-driven, integrated marketing campaigns that address business objectives, organizational priorities, brand relevancy, and target revenue goals for open enrollment and custom programs.
- Manages portfolio of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, including integrated campaign management, database and email marketing, paid search, direct mail, paid media, and content creation.
- Maintains key partnerships and fosters strong cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners, agencies, and enrollment team members to promote programs effectively.
- Collaborates with internal communication teams and agencies/vendors to create and implement content across owned, paid, and earned channels that engages our target audiences effectively.
- Accesses data from a variety of sources to develop insights, identify areas of opportunity, optimize campaigns, and report campaign effectiveness.
- Responsible for budget responsibility across all marketing campaigns.
- Works with internal and external media partners to build, track ROI, and optimize advertising campaigns (SEM, social, display.)
- Manages the creation of all creative materials such as print ads, social media ads, banner ads, brochures, landing pages and other digital assets.
- Responsible for all website and landing page content management using SiteCore and Marketo.
- Develops one or more of the following marketing functions: marketing communications and advertising, web blogs or other digital marketing, and market research. Reviews and updates marketing infrastructure which may include one or more database systems, the intranet, and external web sites.
- Develops marketing communications, advertising, or publicity strategy. Plans and coordinates the development and production of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Designs, writes, and edits high profile or high visibility marketing materials, which may include press releases, book jacket copy, blogs, or other Web material.
- Performs other related work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
Technical Skills or Knowledge:
- Experience with marketing automation and content management tools, Marketo and SiteCore.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Detail oriented, highly analytical, skilled at making data-driven decisions and experienced in developing and delivering timely reports to track progress.
