JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This position generates interest and drives new leasing traffic to the leasing office, serves as a property representative at student hangouts and events and provides additional support to the community at large leasing events.JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generates excitement and interest about the assigned community during all external marketing outreach.
- Talks to leasing prospects about community and housing needs.
- Distributes literature and promotional items on campus and at popular student hangouts.
- Attends housing fairs, sporting events, orientations, high traffic on-campus locations and other large campus events to market the respective community.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
