Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Manager
Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and elevate how we connect with our audiences. Based in our Dallas, TX office, this exciting opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule (in office T-TH), providing flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative team environment. This pivotal role is responsible for executing digital strategies that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and measurable business growth.
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with Sonic's goals.
- Manage and optimize multi-platform online campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.
- Oversee Sonic Healthcare USA's social media presence, driving engagement and expanding our reach.
- Lead SEO/SEM efforts to improve search performance and increase website traffic.
- Monitor key performance metrics, translate insights into strategy, and continually refine digital efforts.
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice across all digital channels.
- Oversee the development, content management, and optimization of Sonic's websites to ensure a modern, user-friendly experience.
- Support customer engagement initiatives that build trust and foster long-term loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws, industry regulations, and ethical marketing standards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, IT business or communications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of direct marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on all aspects of marketing initiatives, from strategic planning through execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principals, best practices and emerging trends across multiple channels.
- Proficiency using web analytic tools, content management systems and social media management tools such as WordPress, GA, Hootesuite, Asana, Adobe, Semrush, Hubspot, Drupal, etc.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to parse out data, derive insights and make informed decisions to optimize campaigns.
