We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Search Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our company's paid search marketing strategies. This is a senior-level position, and the ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of success in managing high-budget campaigns. This position is Remote.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid search marketing strategies to drive targeted traffic and achieve business goals.
Create and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engine advertising networks.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify valuable opportunities for campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Implement A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve campaign performance and drive cost-effective results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Analytics, to align paid search efforts with broader marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure campaign compliance and maximize results.
Manage relationships with external consultants and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met and campaigns are executed efficiently.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, recommendations, and future opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce PPC strategy development and campaign management.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale paid search campaigns with an annual ad spend of at least $10 million.
Extensive knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and associated tools.
Proficient in utilizing bid management software, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
