Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Cardinal Health Biopharma Services is an experienced team of trusted advisors developing solutions for the opportunities and challenges facing biopharma companies. We develop configurable solutions that help biopharma companies enhance product success and enable high quality patient care to help improve the lives of people every day.
This position will be responsible for executing marketing plans across Biopharma Services with a focus on Regulatory Sciences and Insights & Engagement.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing plans for Regulatory Sciences and Insights & Engagement to raise awareness, drive lead generation, and increase adoption of our services. Requires close collaboration with business leaders and sales teams.
Responsible for execution of select target initiatives for Advanced Therapy Solutions, including but not limited to campaigns and content.
In partnership with other members of the marketing team and digital marketing, executes lead generation strategies through paid and owned channels.
Positions website as a sustainable lead generation source by refining messaging, developing relevant marketing content, and organizing solutions for optimal user experience.
Implements promotional tactics and develops sales enablement tools that align to the priority initiatives for Regulatory Sciences and Insights & Engagement.
Works closely with business leadership and sales teams to implement, track and measure the effectiveness (ROI) of aligned sales and marketing efforts, fully leveraging sales and marketing automation tools.
Ensures consistency of messaging and branding across marketing materials and customer-facing communications.
Partners with Events Advisor to plan and execute strategic conference strategy at key industry conferences.
Partners with Senior Manager of Market Research to conduct market research to understand perceptions and unmet needs.
Responsible for the ongoing management and tracking of marketing expenses and marketing budget for Regulatory Sciences and Insights & Engagement.
Collaborates effectively with others and builds strategic alliances to gain and drive support from all stakeholders.
Works effectively across cross functional groups including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Communications, Sales, Brand Strategy, Creative Services, Training, and New Product Development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, preferred
4+ years of experience in Marketing or related field, experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
Demonstrated project management and marketing skills and experience
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives
Ability/willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic travel)

Anticipated salary range: $78,500-112,100
