Description of Position: The Director of Sales & Marketing is a member of the Kelber Catering management team.  This position not only serves as a primary link between the Minneapolis Convention Center Sales & Coordination staff, but also acts as supervisor of the day-to-day operations of the Catering Sales Department.  The person in this position must be competent in staff supervision, communication, customer service and have excellent follow-through skills.
