Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Market Director of Rehab PT to lead multi-site rehabilitation services across post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. In this role, you will provide strategic and clinical leadership for physical therapy teams, ensuring patient-centered, outcome-driven care. You’ll oversee market operations, staffing, and budgets, support evidence-based practice, and collaborate with partner health systems and senior living communities. The position champions a clinically driven, team-focused culture, fostering continuous learning, quality improvement, and measurable functional outcomes for diverse adult and senior populations.
Provide strategic and clinical leadership for market-level rehab PT services across multiple sites
Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for rehab programs
Ensure high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care with strong functional outcomes
Monitor and improve key performance, quality, and financial metrics across the market
Collaborate with healthcare partners and senior living communities to align services and expectations
Recruit, develop, and mentor clinical and support staff, fostering a learning culture
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Implement process and quality improvement initiatives based on data and outcomes
Support interdisciplinary collaboration among PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other care team members
Represent the organization’s mission and culture within the community and partner organizations
