Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Market Director to lead growth, performance, and operations across a regional portfolio of rehab services. In this role, you will own market strategy, financial outcomes, and relationship management with hospitals, post-acute providers, and senior living communities. You will partner closely with clinical leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care, while driving referral growth, market share, and program expansion. The position requires strong healthcare operations experience, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead and develop multi-site teams in a collaborative, outcome-focused culture.
Own regional market strategy and growth for Powerback Rehabilitation services across assigned territories.
Oversee financial performance, including revenue, margins, and productivity metrics for multiple sites.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, and referral sources to drive census and service expansion.
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care.
Analyze market data, outcomes, and utilization trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead, coach, and develop local leadership teams, fostering a collaborative, outcome-focused culture.
Support new program launches, contract negotiations, and service line expansions within the region.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, payer, and company standards across all locations.
Collaborate with sales, clinical, and corporate teams on strategic initiatives and growth plans.
Report market performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
