Encompass Health is seeking a Marketing Liaison to grow patient volume and raise awareness of our inpatient rehabilitation services. In this field-based role, you will develop and manage relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community partners to generate qualified referrals. Responsibilities include conducting on-site visits, presenting clinical capabilities, coordinating referral and admission processes, and tracking outcomes. You will collaborate closely with clinical and admissions teams, support outreach events, and use data to target key markets. Develop and manage relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners to drive referrals
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and outreach to promote Encompass Health rehabilitation services
Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to facilitate smooth referral and admission processes
Track, analyze, and report referral trends and outreach effectiveness using CRM or similar tools
Plan and support community events, in-services, and educational sessions to increase brand awareness
Collaborate with internal leadership to execute market and territory growth strategies
Maintain strong knowledge of inpatient rehabilitation services and communicate clinical capabilities accurately
Meet or exceed referral, admission, and growth targets within assigned territory
Provide timely feedback from the market to inform strategy and service improvements
