Description

Encompass Health seeks a Marketing Liaison to build and maintain strong referral relationships that drive inpatient rehabilitation admissions. In this field-based role, you will call on physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners to educate them on our rehab programs, identify appropriate patients, and coordinate smooth referrals. You will analyze market trends, manage a territory plan, and track performance metrics. Collaborating closely with clinical and admissions teams, you’ll support patient-centered transitions of care while representing Encompass Health’s values of integrity, respect, and clinical excellence.
Develop and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and case managers to drive inpatient rehab admissions
Educate community providers on Encompass Health’s rehabilitation programs, services, and patient outcomes
Identify appropriate patients and coordinate referrals in collaboration with clinical and admissions teams
Manage a defined territory, including call schedules, outreach plans, and follow-up activities
Monitor and analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity to inform strategy
Track and report liaison activities, referral volumes, and conversion metrics using CRM or tracking tools
Participate in community events, presentations, and outreach initiatives to build brand awareness
Ensure all marketing and referral activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth transitions of care and a positive patient experience
Contribute feedback to leadership on market opportunities and process improvements
