Encompass Health seeks a Marketing Liaison to build and manage referral relationships that drive growth for our inpatient rehabilitation services. In this field-based role, you will visit hospitals, physician practices, and community partners to educate them on our programs, assess patient suitability, and coordinate smooth referral processes. You will execute territory plans, track referral trends, analyze market data, and collaborate closely with clinical and leadership teams. Success in this role requires strong healthcare marketing experience, communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Develop and manage referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
Promote Encompass Health inpatient rehabilitation services through regular field visits and presentations
Educate referral sources on appropriate patient criteria and program benefits
Execute territory and outreach plans to meet volume and growth goals
Track and analyze referral data, market trends, and competitive activity
Coordinate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure smooth referral and admission processes
Plan and participate in community and professional events to increase brand awareness
Report performance metrics and insights to leadership
Maintain accurate records in CRM and other tracking tools
Represent Encompass Health’s mission and values in all external interactions
