Sevita seeks a Nurse Marketing Liaison to expand awareness of our home and community-based services across healthcare and social assistance partners. In this role, you’ll build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community agencies to drive referrals and ensure individuals access the support they need. You will conduct outreach visits, lead educational presentations, and collaborate closely with clinical teams to streamline the referral process. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners to generate referrals
Promote Sevita’s home and community-based services through in-person meetings and presentations
Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure smooth referral and admission processes
Plan and execute outreach events, in-services, and educational sessions for referral sources
Track and report referral trends, outreach activities, and market feedback
Represent Sevita at community events, health fairs, and professional meetings
Provide timely follow-up and exceptional service to referral partners
Support marketing campaigns and materials tailored to local markets
