Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapy Market Director to lead clinical and operational performance across multiple post-acute and outpatient rehab sites. In this role, you’ll oversee PT services, ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care, and drive quality, outcomes, and growth. Responsibilities include mentoring PT leaders, managing staffing and productivity, supporting regulatory compliance, and partnering with healthcare and senior living partners. You’ll use clinical data to improve programs, support continuous learning, and foster a collaborative, compassionate culture focused on restoring function and independence.
Lead and manage physical therapy operations across multiple market sites
Ensure delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered rehab care
Oversee staffing, productivity, and clinical scheduling to meet demand
Monitor clinical and financial performance metrics and drive improvements
Support regulatory, accreditation, and documentation compliance
Mentor and develop PT leaders and clinical staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners
Implement outcome-driven clinical programs and initiatives
Promote a culture of continuous learning and quality improvement
Contribute to market growth, referral relationships, and service expansion
