Description
Lundbeck seeks a Rare Epilepsy Market Lead to shape U.S. strategy for emerging therapies in a purpose-driven, neuroscience-focused organization. This role will own rare epilepsy market insights, positioning, and launch planning, partnering with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Patient Advocacy to drive patient impact. The Lead will analyze competitive dynamics, define provider and payer strategies, and guide promotional tactics while ensuring compliance. You will champion patient and caregiver needs, inform pipeline decisions, and mentor teams in a highly collaborative, inclusive culture that supports growth and development.Lead U.S. rare epilepsy market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and differentiation
Drive launch planning and execution for rare epilepsy therapies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Develop payer, provider, and patient strategies to optimize access, adoption, and persistence
Conduct market, competitive, and epidemiology analyses to inform brand and lifecycle decisions
Partner with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and Patient Advocacy to align on integrated plans
Translate clinical and real-world evidence into compelling value propositions and messaging
Inform forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking for the rare epilepsy portfolio
Engage with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders to gather insights and shape strategy
Ensure all strategies and tactics comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards
Mentor and influence cross-functional partners, contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture
