Description

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Rehab Therapy Market Director to lead regional post-acute, outpatient, and home-based rehab programs. You will oversee multi-site operations, clinical quality, and financial performance across physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. Partner with healthcare providers and senior living communities to drive referrals, patient outcomes, and market growth. Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams, standardize best practices, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a patient-centered, outcome-driven culture with continuous clinical development.
Oversee regional post-acute, outpatient, and home-based rehab therapy operations
Drive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and standardization of best practices
Manage budgets, financial performance, and key operational KPIs
Lead, coach, and develop interdisciplinary rehab teams and local leaders
Build and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and senior living communities
Develop and execute market growth and referral strategies
Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and documentation compliance
Use data and analytics to drive performance improvement and decision-making
Support continuous clinical training and professional development initiatives
